Pecan butter and chocolate come together! This granola has the perfect amount of crunchiness. It's perfect to eat as a breakfast, snack or any way you like to use granola.
1 1/2 cup rolled oats (you can use gluten-free if you'd like)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup Spread Happiness pecan butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1/3 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven 350 F and line a baking tray with baking paper
2. Add rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, coconut sugar, pecan butter, and maple syrup. and mix well, then stir through the pecans. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes, then stir through the chocolate chips.
Store in an airtight jar at room temperature and consume within 10 days.
