Adding nut butter to your smoothie is an easy way to increase your healthy fats, creating more of a meal out of your smoothie keeping you nice & full. Nut butter also makes your smoothies creamy & thick, giving your smoothie another flavor dimension.
We made this smoothie using our delicious almond butter. You can drink it in the morning or throughout the day. It has a tropical taste and its full of antioxidants because of the berries. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
1 Frozen banana
1 cup of frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
2 tablespoons Spread Happiness Almond Butter
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to get the consistency you like. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
